 "From the age of 13, I had the privilege of working side by side with my mom as she built her sealcoating business. I watched her pour her heart and soul into the company, and I learned firsthand the value of hard work, dedication, and precision. As I grew older, I transitioned from helping out in the family business to joining the laborers’ union at 21, where I gained experience in excavation, bridge projects, and concrete work. Those years taught me invaluable skills, but the foundation of my work ethic and my appreciation for quality service never wavered. When I was 27, my mom offered me the opportunity to take over the business she had worked so hard to build. It felt like a full-circle moment, and with all the knowledge and experience I’d gained, I returned to lead the company into the next chapter. I’m excited to not only continue growing the sealcoating side of the business but also work toward expanding it into a full-fledged construction company as the years come."
